Vinyasa Yoga
If you spend a moment to look around you, you quickly begin to realise that nothing in life is ever fixed or static. Seasons, climate, life itself is in a constant state of flux, forever
changing. Therefore, why should we be any different.
The vinyasa yoga practice I teach is rooted firmly in this idea. Rather than fighting or pushing yourselves unnecessarily I encourage you to look at how you move and develop a softer, lighter way of holding yourself whether standing or sitting. The classic yoga postures, rather than being held rigidly in place with grim determination are softened to allow you to flow from one to another. By holding your concentration in this way you will find very quickly your mind, body and breathing will settle, consciousness will be raised and your practice becomes meditation in motion.
