With the ever increasing pace of modern living it is becoming harder and harder to recognise just when our bodies have had enough.
We’ve all heard the expressions “You are what you eat!”, "Your body is a temple!". Such obvious common sense statements. It doesn’t take an enlightened soul to realise that if we continue to abuse ourselves in time things will start to go terribly wrong.
Its this common sense thinking that we bring to our clients, how we teach and structure our classes, workshops and events.
We really do only have one body, so have to look after it!
